The woman is anything but a psychiatrist. And this review is based on my last visit to the cabinet. At first, I'd hear from the waiting room that she picked up the phone to talk to a doctor, which is not acceptable no matter how urgent the situation, there was a person before you and you should've shown respect. The second, is the women by the welcome-desk, knocking while there was someone in the room to check if it's possible for a patient to schedule, and she knocked on the door twice, that was awfully disrespectful to the person who was in the room and it happened twice, there's no professionalism in that. And all in all, one does not write empty emails with no subject whatsoever, and worse of all was this 'Coucou'. You're addressing an educated, informed person and you need to check how to properly write emails, listen very actively, do not interrupt when a patient is talking to/with you. And no doctor, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, professional and competent, would check the dose although the patient said they do not want to drown in helpless medicine, they need therapy. And a psychiatrist chooses his/her register and words, they do not say 'j'ai beaucoup de 'malades'. I have nothing against you, but you're anything but a psychiatrist.

I find dropping a patient after a first consultation a bit low from a therapist for a quarter of an hour late. I tried to contact several times to apologize and set an appointment the secretary on her mobile phone answered me the first time in an aggressive tone, to tell me to give up because Dr was too busy then to stop answer me by blocking my number. Too bad because the doctor's skills seemed to me to be quite correct.
