Encouraged by great reviews and nice photos, I booked 4 nights, but managed to stay only 1 night. The room was very dark (nothing like in the pictures), very damp and there was a strong smell of mould. The heater was broken so it was also very cold (January). On the second day the hot water boiler broke and nobody was even coming to fix it. We had to check out and find a different place. We were promissed a refund by the manager (I have it in writing) for the 3 nights we did not stay. A month has passed and I still got no refund. I recommend thinking twice before booking and making sure you don't get the room on the ground floor.

Very good value for money and location is central and staff amazing. We booked the transfer with the hotel. They were very accommodating. They also help you with local excursions. The team at riad is amazing. Breakfast is very good and a chef can also do your lunch and dinner. Exciting experience

The riad is good. The staff specially Karen were very lovely and very attentive.

Actually it's dar, not a riad. Dirty, dark, uncomfortable, but with expensive restaurant and cool terrace. Here is cool sharing place, but rooms are ugly.

An authentic Riad in the old town. To get here you have to find your way though the narrow streets. Don't expect much luxury. There's no TV in the room and apparently the bed is not made. If you on a low budget this is the place.
