Hello, Having stayed at the end of December beginning of January 2021 at Villa Sbaa, I wanted to express my feelings and my conclusions on the latter. As indicated in the advertisement, the villa is advertised "only 20 minutes from the city center" it is actually more than 40-50 minutes from the center (Place Jama El Fna), so to say that it is better to optimize your journeys ... On our arrival we were also very surprised to learn that the house is not privatized but a GUEST HOUSE this means no invitation possible + a closed kitchen h24 (no possibility of making a coffee alone or of going to help yourself to drink at 11pm since the kitchen is double locked!) I would also like to come back to another point which seems essential to me: "attentive house staff" it seems to me that this term is totally inappropriate. Not a smile the whole stay by the housekeeper (Myriam), an impression of the constantly annoying as soon as we ask her for something, the impression of systematically disturbing her. When we ask for a second orange juice for breakfast, the answer was: "NO 1 per person" here is the answer while precisely I asked my friend's who didn't want to drink hers. Now let's move on to the cleaning which really remained to be desired with regard to the cleaning of the rooms or even sometimes forgotten in certain rooms. Too bad to claim certain criteria when most of the description does not match reality ..! Only positive point the villa really looks like the photos. Prevention is better than cure! A good hearer.

Villa sbaa is the best

A magical place with all the comfort of large luxury hotels: super comfortable bedding, private bathroom and toilet per room, hammam (with the possibility of bringing in pros for a Moroccan exfoliation and a massage), billiards and home cinema. The views and sunsets, the starry sky seen from the large terrace, the restful calm (after a visit to the center of Marrakech it is a luxury!), The heated and cleaned swimming pool every morning, breakfast and meals delicious from Myriem, wifi everywhere, beds made every day, small details designed for our comfort (hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo provided, straw hats available, bathrobes for the pool and hammam, etc.), and so many other things make Villa Sbaâ a real place of relaxation and perfect vacation. A faultless one that makes me want to go back soon.
