This hotel is at the perfect location. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated , and lovely toiletries, and most importantly a very comfy bed. The breakfast was very nice and the breakfast room was spotless and waiting staff were so pleasant and helpful. We will surely use this hotel again.

This hotel is poorly run and badly managed. First room I was in, the toilet was broken. It didn't flush because the cistern was broken. I was overcharged for my stay. When I pointed out what rate I should be paying and asked why I wasn't being given change, I was just told they didn't have change, as though this was a reasonable reason to overpay. Then, I was in a room that despite there being a no smoking sign on the door has clearly been smoked in quite heavily. There was no clearing the smell of stale tobacco from the room.

I read the reviews before I booked this hotel and booked it however I was not happy with the hotel, it’s was very claustrophobic.. I would say the staff were absolutely fantastic I must say especially younis (I think that’s his name) my friends who were in another hotel came to visit us and they would not let them in I thought that was wrong of them. So basically I wouldn’t rebook this hotel if I went again

I eat traditional food and it was ok. The rooms are good for 1-2 nights.
