Villa Kahina

We had the most marvelous time in the Villa Kahina. The house is beautiful, in an amazing golf complex with vicinity to the sea. The lovely heated pool allowed us to swim in February. All the rooms were beautiful and spacious and the master beedroom has a very nice sunken bathtub and small private patio. The Villa is very private with many excellent places to relax in the garden and on the roof terrace. Samira the housekeeper took great care of us and cooked amazing Morrocan meals everyday as well as giving us tips on what to do in the area and arranging all sorts of activities like camel rides and trips to Marrakesh and massages. It was probably the best Villa stay we have ever had and we will be sure to come back again.

Staying at Villa Kahina was an extremely pleasant experience. The spacious rooms were well furnished, with plenty of space for everyone inside and out. This high quality villa is placed in beautiful surroundings, just a short walk from the beach. The garden is well tended and plenty of wildlife can be seen in the area. The town of Essaouira is a 10-15 minute taxi drive away, costing approximately £10 for 6 people. We were very easily able to request a taxi from Toufiq via whatapp, which was a very efficient service. Essaouira is a very friendly, stunning place, known as the windy city. The whole Medina is classed as a UNESCO world Heritage site. Essaouria is also the filming location of Astapor in Game of Thrones. There are a wide range of places to eat out, suiting all budgets and tastes. During our stay, as well as relaxing by the heated pool, which has colour changing lights, we took part in camel rides, surfing, and quad biking. This was organised by Sumaira, who not only kept the villa immaculate, would do your washing, shopping and cook excellent food if you wished. Villa Kahina enables your holiday to be as relaxing or adventurous as you like. I highly recommend it and would gladly visit again.

If you want to give yourself a real treat and a holiday where you can relax completely in luxurious surroundings Villa Kahina is where you want to go! The house is amazing, spacious, wonderfully decorated combining traditional Moroccan handicrafts with modern top notch design. With the around 240m2 and a wonderful rooftop terrace everybody will find a favourite spot to relax. The nice garden, great views on the well kept golf course and the swimming pool which can be heated at your individual comfort temperature just in front if the house and which can be light up in the evening provide the final touches for making your relaxation complete. The great golf course and wonderful surrounding gardens plus the direct access to the beach offer you something which is otherwise difficult to find in Morocco: the possibility to go for long walks directly in the nature on well kept paths. The final touch to make your holiday in Villa Kahina just perfect is the housekeeper that comes with the renting of the villa. She's unobtrusive, very friendly, efficient and a great cook. To wake up in the morning with freshly made Moroccan pancakes and freshly squeezed orange juice is simply great. For a little extra she will also do the shopping and cook you tasty lunches and dinners which we found better than in any restaurant. Last but not least Essaouira is my favourite town in Morocco. It offers everything you would look for: a beautiful medina with relaxed shop keepers that give you little hastle, a substantial size harbour where you can watch the fishing boats come in and taste freshly seafood on the spot, sandy beaches, a lot of wind for surfing and the Argan oil production plantations and vineyards nearby. In short: Villa Kahina is the perfect place for your next holiday. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful

We had a great week in the quiet Villa Kahina a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach and very close to the spectacular medina of Essaouira. The villa is in accordance with the photos. it is spacious, warm and the decoration is very neat. The house lacks nothing, it feels quickly home and the bedding and linens are quality. We very much appreciated the kindness of Samira who cooks wonderfully and savored by the heated pool his delicious breakfasts and Moroccan dishes prepared according to our desires. Many thanks also to the owners for their kindness and kindness and the many information received before departure. We really recommend Villa Kahina. See you soon, we hope!
