The personnel speaks English! Good thing. It's better to buy the ticket in advance. Before leaving you just have to check in a d pay for the luggage (5 dhs for 30 kg). Waiting zone is not big. Many cafes around.

I got a bus from here to Casablanca. It's further out than Supratours close to the big Carrefour supermarket. I bought a ticket the evening before for an early morning bus. It is was well run and staff were friendly and helpful when I purchasing a ticket.
