Palais Clementina & Spa

VERY DISAPPOINTED !! Short relaxing weekend ruined by Loud annoying music at night. During the day, the staff were very helpful, the suit was confortable and correct, the swimming pool entertained, and the restaurant services were acceptable. However, Friday and Saturday nights we returned to the hotel around 11pm. We were surprised by unexpected loud music coming from the area of the hotel directly below our room, it continues till 2am30. A bunch of people who did not respect COVID 19 saftey measures nor its precautions, were annoyingly partying without any concern or responsibility, just under our closed windows. The hotel staff couldn't handle the disaster!! During 2 successive unbearable nights, we could not sleep until they have finished. The hotel Nightshift Personnel were been informed twice but didn't do anything. Before completting the booking confirmation process please make sure to check that there are no other annoying customer with unbearable behavior in the hotel, which may lead to affect negatively your stay.

Highly recommended. The place is gorgeous, elegant, full of serenity and peace of mind. Great staff, great food and service 🙏🍁🌹☘❤🌹🌱🌹🌴🍁

sorry to say I can not recommend this. We had booked a suite and a room, and where told apon arrival with enthusiasm that they would like to upgrade us. We where shown a suite in the palais and an appartment seperate from the palais, that looked nice and spacious at first glance (it was not cleaned though just had a change of bed linen, located next to the parking lot and compound gates) Later when we asked for the key for the appartment, they just simply said, there was none, there was 24 hour security and its super safe. Needless to say, that did not make us feel any safer, they said there where no other rooms (not even the one we initially had booked) so we all shared the suite. Would have been nice if they were upfront about the key situation and accepted that that did not feel safe for us and not charged us for both. Other than that the place was a bit run down, the food ok. The service was nonchalant and half the time they seemed to forget us. We cancelled our spa visit because the whole situation had recked the mood. Honestly I dont think the staff is to blame, management is. The staff is probably sick of hearing the complaints and can most likely not do anything about it. Having worked in service I know how that can completely kill your spirit and sense of hospitality. I do hope that there are serious changes considered in management, its a shame to let such a place deteriorate.

Very high service . Butifel hotel. But littel old

This is a lovely looking place with spacious rooms and a well tended garden. The staff are also mainly polite and friendly. Unfortunately the amenities are very basic. The wifi is slow when it does work and limited in range. The room had no safe, fridge, kettle, heating or proper shower. Items were forgotten after cleaning. The pool is not heated. The breakfast is very limited and the menu for other meals very basic and even then items were not available at times. If you want to drink alcohol I recommend a trip to the local Carrefour supermarket.
