Good - the property is large spacious and is amazing. The pool is very large and the grounds are nice. The man looking after the property could not have been more helpful and kind to us with anything we need help with.
Bad - the property was run down and had not be maintained well with no money spent on it. No hot water in the kitchen, broken dishwasher, 1 toilet roll on the first night for 9 people and my 10 year old got locked in a bedroom because the door broke. The internet kept running out of credit but the owner said it hadn’t. The cooker was dangerous and gave one of us an electric shock. Even worse the property was filthy. No proper cleaning with dirt and dust everywhere. We found mouldy food left in the microwave and tables stained with food.
Would I recommend it? Difficult to be honest. Amazing house if only they maintained it and cleaned it.
Nice place for an authentic Moroccan residence/experience/rental house. The place can be better maintained.

Very nice villa. Big enough for staying with several friends. We had a very pleasant time here. The pool is like an Olympic one and for sure you will have fun
Very warm welcome upon our arrival, and very friendly staff.
Regarding the services offered, the rooms are very nice, very tastefully decorated and offer all the necessary amenities.
The location of the establishment, a few minutes from the city center by car, allowed us to have the necessary calm for our rest and to fully enjoy the city during the day.
We recommend to anyone who wants a great Marrakech experience!
