Dar Basma is a perfect place to relax from the hustle of Marakesh. It's far from the city center but the helpful owners will organise transfer for you. They are very welcoming. I spent there couple of days in March during my yoga retreat. I had an impression of being a family guest not a hotel guest. The surroundings are very beautiful, the rooms comfortable and those who work there are great people, always smiling. In addition the meals prepared at the place are delicious, for sure the best I had in Marocco and they adapted them for vegetarians.

it's really hard to arrive to this place, the road between Marrakech and Dar Basma it's very difficult to pass, but when you discover the place it's like a haven.

A corner of paradise 20 minutes from Marrakech. A unique place, luxury rooms, beautiful, a dream pool, beautiful flowers and cacti. All this with a warm, attentive host and a team to your little care. In short, go get lost a few days, this place is worth seeing.

What to say about this dream week spent at Dar Basma without mentioning the warm welcome from Patricia and Dany, the smile from Mohamed and the sunshine from Naïma's kitchen ... we were delighted by our stay with the children .. happy from the first day to prepare our program for the week with Patricia and Dany who guided us in our choices which turned out to be all top! We were pampered all week, Mohamed couldn't do enough for us ... everyone is adorable and we really enjoyed Naïma's cooking ... the children even told us that they had spent a week in Paradise ... The suites are superbly decorated and the bedding is top notch! Everything is spotlessly clean! The spacious swimming pool is very pleasant for a nice moment of relaxation with a small mint tea 😊 the decoration of the interior lounges is superb. The outdoor lounge is an invitation to the sweetness of Moroccan living and the view of the magical Atlas ... happiness is at your fingertips, it is in Dar Basma Sandrine, Alban, Léo, Clément and Robin

A few random days of a reservation in a little corner of paradise. Very attentive hosts Patricia and Dany with rare attention. A warm and family atmosphere, a relaxing setting and a tastefully decorated traditional house. We feel at home. Our room overlooks both the garden and the house. A small independent entrance opening onto a terrace on which we had the pleasure of having lunch with a service worthy of 5 stars. Perfect bedding is a bedroom with all the necessary comforts. Everything is done to be at home without having to do anything. A real haven of peace with sweet Moroccan flavors, French style! Incredibly friendly staff. Mohamed is very careful and always makes sure that everything is perfect. Aperitifs served by the pool, lunch on the terrace lined with roses and olive trees. The meals are simply delicious, Naima the cook cooks amazing traditional dishes. Everything is homemade, Tajines, couscous, tomato pie, green salad (incredible), Moroccan salad and of course olive oil and homemade jam !!! A delight. A faultless one. We recommend with closed eyes this guest house whose charm will not leave you indifferent. If you are looking for calm and rest, do not hesitate!
