The front desk said the heater wasn’t powered so it couldn’t be used. It is very chilly outside. It is expected to be 4C tonight. When we went into the room, we could see there was power to the unit, so we manually turned it on. When we asked for the remote, the front desk got very angry. The room is dirty, there are cob webs on the ceiling and walls. The towels are ripped. I can see the building is very good quality - the floor is marble and there are beautiful moldings on the ceiling. They started a fire in the dining room, which was lovely. A fire in the bar might have encouraged us to actually purchase some drinks. I don’t want to drink cold beer in a frozen room. Instead, we just went back to our own room. We did not chose this hotel, it was selected by the tour. There have been other issues with the tour, which we are complaining about as well.

Do not go there for anything in the world. We booked a trip to the desert and the hotel was included so we had no choice, when we got to our room, we've been greeted by a big black cockroach on our bed, plus bed sheets and towels very dirty, we had dinner included but the meal was disgusting and a set menu so we had no choice, but to have what they offered, I also asked for an orange juice, which it was about to start fermentation so obviously I didn't finish it. The only good thing that I could find is that the view from our room was really nice.

I had a lovely stop off here for a night on my way to the desert. The room with a balcony was all very clean and the bed was comfortable. The views around the hotel are amazing, and the view from the rooftop terrace is worth a look. The food was very good in the evening there was chicken Tangine salads and a few choices. The breakfast in the morning was also well delivered and fresh with coffee too. Yes I would recommend a stay here, definately. Thank you for having me.

Do not go there. We had to accomodate there bcs it was invluded into the desert tour. The room -sheets and pillows were full of someone else's hair and floor was all in dirt. They didn't let use the air conditioner, said it was broke. The meal was tolaretable but not delicious at all .
