Never going back, extremely bad customer service, the lady with the wet hair was extremely rude and arrogant. When made an complaint via Instagram she is the one who dealt with it, and claimed she did nothing wrong. When I went to the store she shoved me out because there was no appointments left which I understand and kissed her teeth. Then a few minutes later I get a response on Instagram that they have appointments available and that’s when i found out it’s the same person. When asked about prices they tried to give me double the price on what was written on leaflet because she could see I was a foreigner(British). Do not use this service if you want to get ripped of and want to waste your money on ignorant and rude people

The lady did a good job for my facial and eyebrows. I thought they charged me than it should but it seems not.. because of the machine & hours. I recommend this place.
