Had dinner at the restaurant tonight. The food was great and the starters especially fine, with a special mention for the zaalouk. However, the restaurant refused to serve us alcool despite other guests being served around us, and declined card payment after initially stating otherwise. Better trust the cook than the service.

Wonderful place with the most courteous staff you could hope for! We loved our stay and only wished we stayed longer. Meknes is wonderful and should not be skipped!
