There was no iron. Breakfast was awful. We were without electricity for a whole day. It's a nice garden but the building was disappointing. I just don't understand how it's considered to be a 5 star hotel. It's more like 2 stars. It's very simple. It's also in the middle of nowhere and near impossible to find first time. The Google map direction was not directing us correct

This is a great escape from the awful and appalling city of Marrakech. I do not recommend visiting at all, it's full of scum, thrives and peasants attempting to con money out of you, of all ages too. Even a 'holy man' kicked my sons push chair because it slightly touched him. I can't say enough negative things about the place, it's basically hell. However this hotel saved our trip as it's a good 10 miles out of the city. Note, it's quite hard to find.

Very rude staff, dirty rooms, hotel taxis really expensive you can't get any other taxi as the location of the hotel is in deserted place you have to go through long dark alleyway to get to it. Marrakech is a nice please to visit but this hotel no

Excellent Service by a very friendly team headed by Naima, nothing was too much trouble. About 30 mins from Marrakech but this makes it really quiet and peaceful! Rooms are spacious and lovely and clean. A real hidden gem absolutely Excellent
