Having gynecological problems in Morocco stressed me out a lot. But luckily I found this clinic, the staff of which was extremely professional, kind and helpful. The equippment and approach to patients could serve as an example to many medical establishments in Europe. A very bad experience for me there, I waited for the doctor with a broken hand for 3 hours, while they were playing on the phone (2015) and did not answer patients' questions, then they told me that he would only come in the morning, and with all rudeness they asked me to come back in the morning.

As a foreigner here in Morocco, this is my worst experience I have had in a clinic. At first I found it good because we had come to me and the fiancée who was suffering, we paid for the consultation and after that the doctor said that she must keep it for a day without telling us anything about the brief hospitalization it is not too serious, but imagine during the hospitalization each time a nurse brought a drug for example, she told us the price of the drug but the worst she forces us to pay it immediately if not she would not go the do, maybe it's their policy we can understand. After a day spent there, my fiancee had to do another analysis which cost 200dh to the laboratory which was urgent according to the doctor and the total care was around 2500 and we only had 2300dh in my pocket There we explained to the doctor to do the analysis and to pay for it because the laboratory was out of the hospital and when we returned for the results of the analyzes that we reimburse at the clinic for 200dh ... imagine she said that It is not urgent the analysis that we could do after just because of these 200 when we had just paid more than 2000 and that she knew perfectly well that my fiancée was suffering and that it was urgent. analysis and that inevitably we would come back for the follow-up which was compulsory, finally we found a way to have the 200dh A few days after my fiancée left to follow up and do another analysis to get a final result ... imagine she stayed there waiting, the nurses came to tell her that the doctor was not there and that she must return the next day while the doctor was there taking care of other patients knowing that we still did not know what my fiancée had. We left together the next day, the nurse repeated the same thing to us just because there will be no money for follow-up and that we had to leave for another day. I found it despicable and inhuman, knowing that we told the nurse that she was in pain and everything but she couldn't find a better way to tell us to come home until the next day.
