The room is not bad. The lift is quite small though. The breakfast is okay. Not so much variety. The location is also okay.
We didn't stay here but visited a few times to have a glass of wine on the terrace. Fantastic views of fez and attentive staff. Would recommend
Good overall quality, staff and services. Restaurant service was a bit slow on a not crowded dinner. Breakfast should improve.
Clean and comfortable room special compliments to Mr Sred/ his team for an excellent service
The room was okay but the restaurant /buffet area was disorganised and lacked variety. The supposed hot water was never hot, the food was warm rather than hot and on one day we happened to have breakfast after another tour group and we had no bowls, cups or much food by the time we arrived. On the 2nd day, we had reached the buffet area first but still, the variety of food was poor.
