Three hours to get a mobility permit, the facilities are terrible !!!
An administration which does not have means said necessary to the good operation. Very old people + no waiting room with a waiting line and chairs + no flexibility between the services is an overload at the level of service legalization + lack of control at the level of punctuality of staff (start always late)
