I made a reservation for 2 weeks and I did not receive a Vaucher, when I called the customer service they informed me that my reservation was taken into account. When I showed up at their office in Agadir, the agent informed me that the booking was made for 7 days only, and that I must call back the customer service. The latter, claimed the Vaucher I never received !!!! In the absence of this document they validated the reservation for 7 days instead of 15 that I had paid !!!! Signs managed by the same office to avoid: Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty and Firefly I will spend the next by EuropeCar or Avis to avoid this kind of scam !!!!
