No appointment is given after many phone calls. Patients go to the dentist based on the degree of cronyism they have with the secretary. In short after two hours of waiting with two small children and dental abscess I put a dotted zero for this cruel lack of professionalism. I specify that I put a star so that my comment is published but a -10 would have been well deserved.
