After having bought a children's bunk bed in March 2019 with some defects (discount of 1000 dirhams) to be the last example exposed and having received a credit for the few scratches and defects, I go in September 2020 to the sales department to take advantage of my credit. I am told that I can no longer benefit from the credit since 1. They cannot find the trace of the credit; 2. Either way, credits expire after 1 year. I was stranded abroad and could not return until August.
