After being stranded in Marrakech for almost 3 months due to U.K. flights being suspended, my hair desperately needed attention. I emailed Salon Chris at 21:00hrs on a Thursday night and got a response almost immediately, I had an appointment confirmed within minutes. The salon is beautifully appointed, immaculately clean and they were well set up to comply with Covid regulations. The staff were very professional and attentive, and as my French was not great, it was really helpful that most of the staff were able to communicate in English. I was given excellent advice regarding colouring and the colourist recommended additional highlights to achieve the look I wanted. The stylist also did a wonderful cut, and I was delighted with the overall finish. It was not cheap, on par with what I usually pay in London, but worth every penny. It looks likely that I will still be in Marrakech in another month, so I will definitely be returning to Salon Chris, and highly recommend it to others.

I enquired prior to visiting whether perming was available and how long it took. I received a prompt reply asking whether I could stop by the salon for an assessment. I booked an appointment, it was all confirmed within a matter of minutes. When I arrived my hair was looked at, after a few moments was informed its best if I dont get it done as my hair was not suitable. I was keen to have it permed but after much advice and consideration decided it wouldnt be good in the long run. They couldve easily said yes, did the job, take my money and let me deal with the aftermath. But they have a standard and reputation to uphold and I appreciated and respect them for that. It says a lot overall about their practice. The integrity and honesty is what will bring me back in future for any hair related treatments. Thank you for your time

Well! Words are betraying me cuz there is no enough words to describe how amazing I felt being here. The staff is more than careful, loving and professional. The manager is a great admirabl person. This place is amazing. Chris is so communicative and helpful over email if you want to make an appointment, and his staff is fantastic as well. All of them are so sweet and friendly. I had Rashida do my hair and she was so sweet and did a beautiful job. The only drawback to this salon really is that it is in Marrakech -- and I live in the UK! I really wish Salon Chris could be my regular go-to salon. :-)
