First visit to a salon in Morocco. It was awesome. They went above and beyond. My hair needed extra attention and the staff was very professional and efficient. My wait time was short and I didn't even have an appointment. Thank you for making this first time experience great!
Salon Allure was amazing, great customer service, really good price for the service you get. Definitely received better customer service than another salons I’ve been to in Agadir before. Fatima did an fabulous job, I got a full new marble & glitter set and gel polish spa pedicure. I will definitely be going back for another treatment before I go to London.
I've chosen this place after seeing lots of good reviews and my first time there was ok.
The hairdresser named Omar could speak English and I got my haircut.
The second time I booked it online and I ask specifically for an English-speaking hairdresser and it was confirmed but when when I got there, the hairdresser who could speak English was off. They apologized and told me I would get a discount for my next time.
When I came the following day, the hairdresser Omar was late for 45 min and no apologies were made. The guy didn't wash my hair but just sprayed it with water saying that it's the way they do it there. He was using a hard brush and was constantly brushing against my ears saying that I shouldn't complain and have to be patient. It was painful but didn't want to make a scene considering our cultural differences. In the end the guy had an odesity to drop a hairbrush on the floor and then pick it up and try to continue brushing my hair!
As the result he charged 1.5 times more than the first time for the same haircut.
What a scum!
I am very happy after visiting the Hair Salon allure. They were very profesional and helpful. The result is a totally new haircut and a new style for my face. Thank you!
