I'm shocked !! I had a tire puncture which is completely normal! He asked me to reimburse his tire! And also its rim off as you all know there is assistance for the car which is included "Extended Warranty Tranquility Benefit from a 5-year warranty that allows you to avoid unforeseen expenses. Travel in all serenity anywhere in Morocco with Renault Assistance 24/24 and 7/7. flight to take. I was going to miss the plane because of him! 0 level of professionalism !!! Without telling you that he is watching you throughout the rental period which is totally FORBIDDEN because it infringes on the rights of freedom of circulate serenely ... !!!! I am really disgusted because it is because of this kind of person that we no longer want to return to Morocco! I invite you to report this page and boycott it! For all your rentals even if it means paying more, book them on Hertz, Europcar, Sixt, ... monthly you will benefit from good services without paying a SURPLUS !! And do not say that you are MRE (Moroccans Living Abroad) because when they see us, they become blind, they only see money! band of thief. I leave it to the All P uplifting
