I did a reservation and with the COVID situation we couldn't go to Morocco. After several months asking for a refund we didn't receive news from them. We made a reservation but due to COVID we couldn't go. They told us they would refund our money but nothing at all. They do not reply to messages. This shows that they are not serious or trustworthy when the going gets tough. Therefore, I do not recommend this company, with all the others out there. I know cases of friends who had the same thing happened to other companies there, and they had returned all their money.

I rented a car from samicar for 20 days of my stay in Tangier. My experience has been great, the car was a pre-owned Dacia 2017 model, very economical gasoline, it consumes around 10 euros every 140 km, I had no problem with the car except for a brush that replaced it, the treatment has been impeccable, they have been very attentive With me and whenever I needed some help they always attended to me at the moment. During my stay they broke the rear light of the car and having all risk insurance I did not have to pay anything or deposit any excess. In general, I highly recommend them.

We did a reservation 3 months ago and with the COVID situation we couldn't go to Morocco. After 2 months asking for a refund we didn't receive news from them and the money in their accounts. We made a reservation 3 months ago and through COVID we could not go to Morocco. We asked them for a return (they say it can be done without problem) and for 3 months we have not yet received the money. Sorry guys I must to use this method to ask AGAIN for the refund. Sorry guys I must use this method to request the return of the reservation AGAIN.
