Cheap Auto Rental - Location Voiture Fes - كراء السيارات

This was legit the worst experience with a car rental place. First off, this company and I were contacting each other by email and had it all figuered out. I was going to have a ford fiesta for 4 days, 30 euros per day, plus 100 euro relocation fee, 220 euros total. The email they sent us told us that we had reserved the car for our 4 days. After that contact was cut. I kept sending them messages but they wouldnt answer. When me and my friends get to Morocco. We contacted them by phone and then they tell us that there are no cars available. We get confused and go to there office to figure out what is going on. Turns out, the person lended out the car to other people and our car was gone. We had a road trip for the next 4 days down to the Sahara and Marrakesh, and we were left with no way of getting there. We asked for the reason they didnt have the car reserved under our name because all the emails said that we had reserved it, and they said that we had to book it by website and not email so it didnt work. Side note, I specifically asked them whether I should book it online or email, they said email and that everything was taken care of. Thankfully they were able to get another ford fiesta, but the price would go up by 30 euros because they had to rent it to us on that evening for some unknown reason (scamming) and we ended up paying 250 in total (he also tried to scam us by telling us that the relocation fee is 120 while it states 100 in the website). They told us the ford was a new 2018 model but when we got inside it had 86000 kilometers on it already, and the check battery light was on, which scared us for the long journey. I personally arranged a lift back with the driver from marrakesh to fes for free during all this, and of course that went wrong. I paid a 100 euro relocation fee which lets us out the car down in marrakesh and not have to return it in Fes. This includes all the fees necessary to bring the car back to fes. Since i paid this fee, the owner told me that I could just catch a ride with the company employee to Fes. When we finished out trip in Marrakesh and I get into the car with the company employee to get back to Fes. He tells me that I have to pay for the gas back to fes whoch is like a 5~6 hour journey. I am like no, we paid the relocation fee. But he continued to persist. We decided to talk about this later in Fes at the office. We stopped for gas and I saw that he put 300dh in the tank. When we reached Fes he told me that the gas fee was 400dh(lying). This all in all was the worst car rental experience I ever had. And i hope you all dont have to go through it!

I wanted to say thank you for the car rental. We loved the clio4. It was so nice and very nice to have the car seat for my daughter who is 3 years old. Car safety returned to Fez SAIS Airport. Look forward to renting from you again.
