It's a very old hospital, but there are modern appliances and air conditioning everywhere. However, it is located near the Medina and popular areas. So the staff and the service leave something to be desired and the resources too.

A complete absence of transparency. After my mother brought the patient there with a certificate of direct referral from her doctor, we did not find any direct signs of the emergency department. Because the emergency section is hidden in the northern part of the building after crossing the port of cars on the north side. After I went to the information desk, they sent me to the emergency department. After that, they sent me to the department of specialization in the heart of the hospital. Half an hour later, they sent us back to the emergency department (fortunately we knew where they were). Then they sent us to the information window to give us the insurance card. Payment of examination dues. Then we returned to the emergency department to wait for our turn. The medical staff was pleasant and distinctive but the absence of information and direct guidance made it a more difficult journey than an interesting trip in the depths of Morocco's useless hospitals.
