Benzcar

!!!!! ATTENTION PLEASE READ !!!!! At the end of what was a beautiful trip to Morocco, I returned the rented car to Benzcar at the meeting point (Rabat Airport). The man I returned the car to, checked the car over and said everything was fine and there was no problem I asked if he needed anything from me and he answered no. He then got into the drivers seat and I began walking to the airport Entrance. After he had been alone in the car for around 30 seconds he got out of the car and shouted towards me to come back. I returned to him and he said there was a document missing from the car and that he can't drive the car without it. I told him that is impossible I have not taken anything out of the car and nobody else could of taken it out of the car. When I asked why he didn't look for the document when I was standing by the car and not when I was 50 yards away he couldn't give me an answer. He continued to say that his company would now have to keep my 1500 Euro deposit because the company will now have to pay parking in the airport, buy the new document and charge me for the days they cannot rent out the car. BENZCAR ruined the ending to what was a magnificent holiday in Morocco. PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM DO THE SAME TO YOU. Use a professional car hire company and becarfeul discover cars don't transfer your booking over to them as they did with me.
