Taking from the tenant point of view, I strongly advise against this estate agent and this is so for the following reasons: - Unresponsiveness or inadequate response in relation to property's maintenance issues. For example the TV wasn't working and I've asked for it to be fixed but in never materialised. Also the oven wasn't working for a long time and was replaced with very old one. - Unexpected rent increases - out of nowhere and completely unjustified given poor customer service. Fatiha has asked to pay more despite our initial agreement on a given price. - Fatiha doesn't stick to her promises. For example I paid cash for the rent and was told that I'll be given the change. I haven't received it though so I was basically lied in the face. If you ever have to pay them anything make sure you pay exact amount as you may not get back your change! - I was threatened to be kicked out from property despite making an international bank transfer. I've showed evidence of the transfer but because it took a little longer than expected Fatiha asked to either pay cash now or leave. I paid cash as a result of that and the international transfer bank payment arrived the next day which means I paid twice. This forced me to stay extra month in the property. At all cost avoid the services of Sefiani Khadamat and Fatiha!

I wish I could give this less than a star, my husband's company used them to rent us a furnished apartment. When we got there it had no lights, which Fatiha promised to replace but did not do. We have been living in this appartement for almost two weeks with no working washing maching, the kitchen sink leaks and has mold all over it, we can not cook because the stove is a bomb waiting to get off. And to top it all this place has a rat. Fatiha thr person we have been in contact with is "nice" on the phone but never gets back to you.
