First, I walk into the store and ask about the return policy (which I know is 15 days) I asked again. The employee of course, she told me I couldn't make the return. When I showed her the conversation I had with the official site telling me I could make the return, she called her employer and he said I couldn't return her because she was being used (this who was not outside of trying). After 40 minutes in the store trying to chat with the employee, she contacts her boss again, sending him photos of the sandal. No answer. Waited another 15 minutes until she called for a faster response. Now, an hour later, she gets the answer that she can return it. Extremely disappointed with this service I received. After 40 minutes of being in the store trying to discuss with the employee she contacts her boss again, sending him / her photos of the sandal. No response. Waited 15 mins again until she called to get a quicker response. Now an hour later, She gets the response that she can do the return. Extremely disappointed with this service I received.
