Vehicle dumped for 12 days and retained on the pretext that the workshop detected a water leak. In other words, for the repair to be covered by the warranty, it must remain in the workshop without explanation or commitment on a deadline. Even explaining to Jaguar, that the said vehicle is used in the context of business trips and that its immobilization is detrimental to the operation of the company, they did not even deign to propose a replacement vehicle and were satisfied to answer that they have no idea about the date of arrival of the room for repair !!!
