The poorest service ever. It's shameful that the management lack knowledge to represent such a high esteem product. This is particular dealership needs to be reformed to meet the customer satisfaction expectations.

Creativity shouldn't be limited to advertising, but to actions and relationships with customers. It is unacceptable to wait more than a week for an oil change without receiving an appointment despite repeated attempts and every time the same answer leaves your phone number. We will call you back later. These actions will no longer make you think of your brand.

Fantastic Signs everywhere advocating the wearing of a mask, distancing etc etc A video giving the measures to be observed to avoid any contamination with covid19. and NO ADVISOR IS OR THEN WEARING IT ON THE MOUTH AND NOT ON THE NOSE. ALL ALL EVEN THE MECHANICS WHO COME AND COME AROUND YOU UNBELIEVABLE .....
