Very bad experience, delivery deadline not respected, something that prompted the cancellation of my order and request a refund and well it's the smile on the cake.
Unsympathetic commercial and a refund still awaiting birth without any delay and no one is listening !!
To flee.....
- No sense of service,
- Commercial incompetent, unpleasant (a training of a few days is highly recommended for your employees so the insiders in customer service urgently) is your brand image that is in play!
- Deadlines not respected, words in the air.
I do not recommend it.
