Very disappointed, during my first appointment I had to wait 1:30 after the time of my appointment to do a scaling knowing that I have a baby of 4 months breastfed exclusively in the breast. After expressing my dismay to the secretary, who is basically cold in her answers, I had an apology from the dentist who reassured me that it was very exceptional. I took a 2nd appointment, for a caries care, I went at the agreed time, and had to return in 2 weeks for a check. At the time of the payment, I did not have about me the whole amount of 800 dhs, I gave him the 700 dhs that I had on me to that I bring back the remainder of 100 dhs later, knowing that the secretary had kept my mutual sheet as a guarantee, something that was not necessary because with a total care of 1200 dhs, she could have taken the risk for 100 dhs to establish a relationship of trust with a patient to retain. After more than a week, I called for the 3 rd appointment of control, which was scheduled at 16h. Arriving the door is closed, I had to wait in front of the stairs with another patient having the same appointment! Upon arrival, the secretary apologizes very coldly, then informed me that I should wait 1 hour for a simple ctrl, claiming that my appointment was at 16:30, which is not true. I had to get my insurance and pay 100 dhs without benefit of ctrl, yet part of the protocol of care administered, nothing at all, and especially without any excuse! Too bad because it is unworthy of a young dentist!
