This University is a great school! I noticed majority of the people who write complaints regarding the college are always complaining about financial aid. Yes, we have to pay it back and it is our money, but financial aid is to help pay for school and things you need for school, it is not meant to help you because you do not have a job, medical bills, light bills, or water bills, it is meant to help you with COLLEGE! I am working towards my bachelor's degree now, and there are thousands of careers that accept University degrees, all you have to do is go to the website LinkedIn and apply. You will see careers that accept University degrees that have the phoenix logos next to them.

This college was a real pain for me from day one! Nothing is organized, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ... Too many teachers are absent. Each week classes are canceled at the last minute. No respect or consideration of the responsibilities and commitments of the students. Students are badly treated by the administration, if we ask for our records or our diplomas (the lesser right) we enter the circle of comings and goings for weeks or even months. In addition, the employees look down on us, as if we have no value when we are the FUTURE, whereas jina lbladat nass and I really feel a human with this expression I feel like a real "HUMAN" and a real student, I see for the first time how we should be treated at university, and how the well-being of the students matters to those in charge ... and the joke of the day is that they lost my file while I just passed my license not even 1 year ago (promotion 2020), suddenly I have to reformulate another file and follow several administrative procedures that never end and I may be missing my application for masters abroad just to because of the lack of responsibility and respect for the rights of students ... Employees who only know how to sit back and take their salary at the end of the month. You are SERIOUS. ALAH YAKHOUD L7A9

If possible -5 What is weird is that the last review was 3 years ago and nothing has changed since. To get our docs, it looks like we are asking for a meeting with the prophet to give us the key to paradise. Requests are misplaced or lost all the time, finding someone to talk to would be a miracle. Phantom officials, when you have the chance to meet them and they agree to exchange a word or two with you, it is always to leave empty-handed and above all to have no explanation for their parts: because precisely what is happening the pass is unjustifiable, with graduate students without degrees and parents who leave their jobs to stand in line for days without getting anything.
