Very good service and staff is courteous. You may not have exactly the car you picked but the size and category is the same. Make sure to return the car clean and with a full tank and you will see no additional charges.

Avoid renting. I’ve returned a car in an excellent shape this weekend before my returning flight but they charged me excess anyway. I highly recommend not renting from Dollar or Hertz in Morocco. This is the second time that this happens.

First of all. Just don’t! Just don’t rent with hertz or thrifty or dollar here. My flight was delayed. And I arrived at rabat at 12:10am. The place was closed at mid night and says open at 7am . So I wait until 7 in the morning and no one shows up. No one answer the phone or reply the email. Some one shows up at 10am says he can’t do the contract with me because he is just a guy in the parking lot. He asked me to wait until 1pm for his colleague to show up. WOW! Just don’t rent with hertz!

The staff running this office in Med V airport are rude and unprofessional. They are a scammers , I booked the car online from USA and the day I show up to pick up the car I was told the price is not include insurance and I have to pay extra for insurance . They are very slow and clueless take 1hour to get the car. The car I received has scratches in every side and I mentioned to them before I drove off . The day I return the car they blame me for existing scratches and they hold my deposit of $1719.they said they will charge me for the one of the scratches and is not covers by insurance . Bottom line they are a scammers and full of fraud avoide them.
