DO NOT RENT FROM AIRCAR rental at Rabat Morocco Airport. I must say 1 star is too generous for this company, they are tricksters. I had a reservation when I got there to pick up the car, I paid in full cash in advance trusting they would do their part. As soon they counted the money, the guy in the counter signaled the other to take me to the car but to give the worst car in the lot. I am not sure why they would do that, I did not negotiate nor was I rude!!! when I first saw the car I noticed dents all over it and it was not clean or ready to rent, then the guy tells me that 5th gear might NOT work also the AC doesn't work either :( I asked for similar car but newer that was parked next to it, he lied to my face and said that car is not ours. its just there. Mind you it was over 100* F / Very HOT in Morocco, I needed to drive about 3,000 miles to see family and attend a wedding. so this was a time sensitive trip. I put up with it and drove the car anyway, it was the worst experience ever. I felt like I stole the car tho I paid to rent it, I called them asked to exchange the car. They said that I need to bring it back to them then they can give another one / Guess what; they exchanged it for the very same one I asked for in the 1st place. The car they said was not theirs. I do NOT recommend to rent a car from "Aircar" at Rabat Morocco. Honest business is repeated business, but steeling and lying simply results in bad business. An experience that will NOT be repeated and do not wish for anyone to go through it.
