Really great service and the car was in very good condition. We reviewed many agencies in Casablanca and went with Mall Car after a negative experience with an international car rental agency. Their website was clear on the price which included full insurance, the owner was very responsive and accommodating, and the employee Mohammad who brought the car to our hotel was very professional and in no time at all we were on the road. Once we got out of Casablanca (not easy to drive in the city), the Moroccan highways were a joy to drive on and better than Canadian highways. We highly recommend Mall Car.

Excellent service, very friendly and professional team. The car was delivered on time at a very good rate given the busy season. I was contacted directly by Abdelelah (the owner) to coordinate the airport delivery and return to make sure everything was good. The Car (4x4) was brand new and clean. Abdelelah went above and beyond during the rental period. I will not rent anywhere else the next times I visit Morocco and highly recommend this agency.

We rented a car from 18th to 28th of January 2020 from Rabat Airport both for pickup and dropoff place. The rental process was simply perfect. Since MALL CAR has no office in the airport, there was a company agent waiting for us in the arrivals area with a company sign. We got a Renault Clio Diesel car with less than 30K km on odo. Great car with minor scratches. Upon pickup the process was simple and quick. All the scratches and other relevant information was fixed in the rental contract. Especially good was the flexibility of the company when there were issues with their card payment terminal. So the payment and deposit was made in cash with a reduced deposit amount since we did not take enough cash to cover the payment and the deposit upon arrival. We did book the bit more expensive car with full insurance. Upon dropoff the process was very quick. We agreed on a specific dropoff time before our flight. The same agent came, inspected the car and returned the deposit money as we did not have any issues during the drive. Huge thanks to MALL CAR for the fair and friendly services, and for making our holidays a joy! I definetly recommend the company for car rentals!
