It's a nice place with nice people working there but lately they're not answering emails and nothing is getting done. Hopefully everything is ok with their work and families .Good luck everybody.

The US consulate in Casablanca used to be a great consulate, now is the worst one. They don”t answer you, they don’t solve your issues, they don’t do what they supposed to be done on time. They act exactly like consulate of third world countries. They don’t help at all. Now, it is just a building full of lazy people.

This place is the worst !!! Tons of security checks (like I was entering the Federal reserve or st 😒 ) with security personnel who thinks they own the place... Citizens services area is so small, everybody can hear your conversation with the agent; You guys should move to a more suitable area WITH A LOT OF PARKING SPACE PLEASE!! Next i'm going there i'm making a scene!

The guards are very nice and so are the people working there. I went in for one paper for change of residency. 1 paper. I realize it has to be notarized, but the US taxpayer pays for the stamp, the person who does it, their certification to do it, and the 1 page of paper. I had to fill out the form, then watch me sign it, then stamp 1 paper. Why does it cost 50 dollars? That is ridiculous. At 5 minutes most that is 1000 dollars per hour. It should be a service for free to taxpayers. That is why it is a2. Ripping off citizens when 1 paper should be free.
