Nightmare of an experience. The worst I’ve ever had in Morocco. Zero care or consideration for clients, extremely high prices, horrible service and follow up, delays upon delays upon delays for different reasons (items not ready yet, an employer is sick, couldn’t find someone to deliver ... etc). Gave them my items and was promised 48h delivery, 10 days later I’m still waiting and following up and calling and don’t have my items yet. Horrible experience, exorbitant prices (not communicated until 6 days after pickup, so too late to cancel), pitiful service. You are better served by using a neighborhood dry cleaner. Never again. Naturalis - Thank you for the big 10 day frustration you caused a pregnant woman, and the lack of ownership. I will be sure to talk about it around me.
