I made an appointment at Kinesvelt 5 months ago just after confinement. My 14-year-old daughter was impatiently awaiting her appointment when a Secretary from Kinesvelt called me at 6.15 p.m. to tell me that Ms. Daoudi could not make it. she offers me an appointment the next day for 1 p.m. so I tell them that I will confirm my appointment tomorrow morning. The next day I have a secretary on the phone who tells me that today's schedule is complete and that your appointment is canceled. This center is not serious and is not worthy to continue on this path because the client is not considered, non respect of the appointments. What a disappointment !!!

it's too bad. it is a family business where the said imane daoudi only takes the measures. nothing more. it is his doctor father who gives the diet. her mother takes care of the cash collection before she even gets the diet back. and if you do not plan to make the machines, we look at you askance !!!! I was for a food follow-up for 1 month, I was given 3 sheets, it cost me 2200dhs without any follow-up, not even on the phone, especially since I am not from Casablanca. In short, it was a very bad surprise.

extremely disappointed with the remote monitoring .... after having paid the month in advance, she gives you a diet on watsap on the basis of a so-called questionnaire composed of 5 questions .. no effort to adapt to constraints, tastes everyone ... she swings the paper without explaining the desired effects (when she recommends the consumption of green vegetables only for example ... and so on) ... no communication ... she tells you you tell me your new weight in 10 days ... no notion of food rebalancing, nutrition education, it's just a diet that I refused to follow and she refused reimbursement !!!

Personally I lost 15kg with the machines and the food monitoring the truth I had only the stomach and hemdoulah I lost very well I went from size xxl to size m in 2 months Bravo to all the team and a big bravo to Ms. Daoudi for all her efforts

I did a facial and I even got nutrition advice when I didn't even come for it. Very professional, very warm welcome and up-to-date team. Honestly, I had never seen such a service in Casablanca after having toured the centers a bit. Thank you Imane to all of her team.
