This vet shop is a complete joke. I went early to get my cat a urgent care but the vet came 5 hours after. My cat stayed in his cage for a long time when the cabinet is supposed to be open at 9o’clock. I payed money, they gave him a fake treatment which has nothing to do with my cat’s illness. It took 20 mins instead of 1hour, they rapidly looked and I had to pay a high price. This is absurd, my cat died , I don’t care about money more or less... But I just hate the fact that they didn’t even take a good look into it and took their time, maybe it would have been different. Im so disappointed.. I would have given a minus 5 stars... really disappointed.

Provided good care, a routine check and a overall summary of issues to be addressed. All solved with an incredible price. Half the price of what I'm used to back home in England.

All the staff are very helpful and very passionate about what they do. They all speak very good English as well.
