My first visit to this firm was almost 2 weeks ago. I had accompanied my sister and my niece for a consultation which was urgent. We were charmed by the accessibility, the layout of the practice or the design, and also by the friendliness of the welcome and the service. A second time, it was for myself: I had to change my contact glasses. I went to the office to make an appointment, but Dr. Imane's schedule was full. As the assistant understood the urgency of my request, she made sure that I got my appointment as soon as there was a change in the schedule. I then received the date and time of my consultation, just after, by phone call. It comforted me. I say this to show the good quality of service and the human side of this team. When I showed up for the consultation. I had to wait about fifteen minutes, I think. I took the opportunity to admire the varied and highly sought-after motifs that enlivened and at the same time relaxed the view. But it does not matter. The doctor showed a lot of professionalism (at all levels), he also has very sophisticated equipment. I also paid attention to his pedagogical questioning: methodical and progressive. Which is reassuring. The appointment as it was thought out and scheduled by the assistant, on the one hand, and, on the other hand, the consultation as it happened from start to finish, made me forget about this expectation.
