very bad costumer service : phone calls not answered , very bad plating and the prices are not compatible with the quality , too overpriced.

4 days ago I ordered a birthday cake from La Villa Verte. gave specific request to pick up today at 12 mid-day for my 4 years old son's birthday party. I also paid 200 DHS deposit. when I went there to collect, employees there told me cake will be ready at 6 pm!!! Very rude, no apologies, NO EXPLANATION, no solution to the major problem they caused for me and my family. It was disgraceful and very upsetting experience. When I wanted an explanation and talk to manager they told me no manager!!! I am very angry... I will talk to anyone I know and share my disappointment whoever listen. DON'T GO to La Villa Verte PLEASE! Dr Erdogan
Not a good service. They dont answer the phone nor do they have a lot of choices.
Good place but it’s very overpriced considering it’s location.
