The doctor’s secretary who joined the work recently does not know the meaning of professionalism or professionalism for half an hour waiting in the door with my child. I told her that it was my turn to give me a lot of give-and-take words. She rudely told me that she would not give me any appointment !!! Is this how patients who have years of age are treated by the doctor ???

Unprofessional and non-courteous service. No communication and explanation. The dentist starts treatment without asking the person's opinion whether he agrees or not. There are no appointments, patients in the office as in the souk. He does not give an invoice. I am not satisfied with his service especially at the sealing level and I find that it does not respect the entomology code of this profession.

After having toured several dentists, I can say with conviction that Dr El Alami is one of the best. It combines competence, know-how and human qualities. He listens to his patients, gives simplified explanations and discusses the treatment plan step by step. He is particularly appreciated by children whom he treats with a lot of patience. Only downside, the waiting time is sometimes a bit long since it is very busy and accepts to take urgent cases next to appointments. But that's all to his credit! I highly recommend it
