Le Gourmet

Le Gourmet is located near Jumbo Score, a big supermarket. It is divided in two floors. The ground floor is a market which sells local Malagasy product of great quality as well as imported produce! You can find local pepper, vanilla beans, cloves, jams, cinnamon and many other spices. They also have local tuna which tastes delicious. The 1st flood is a restaurant which is well decorated. Unfortunately, the staff is particularly rude with one waitress that will keep sighing every five minute and make you understand that she does not want to work there. She also made a few mistakes with the order. The food itself is ok to slightly subpar, but the menu a bit limited. The desserts are much better!

With attentive staff, you will not be disappointed during your visit to Le Gourmet: delicious pastries, assortments of chocolates, Madagascar vanilla, sugared almonds, jams ... Not to mention the famous restaurant upstairs for your lunches with family or friends. Try their salads and gratins, a real treat for both the eyes and the taste buds. In short, an exceptional place to discover absolutely :)
