Their rooftop is awesome

This hotel his nice at first glance, and it should be for the price. However once you become a guest you realize that your comfort is not their concern. My family got in later, around 7 and we have one infant and one toddle. There was no room service or food available really for us st the hotel. Then my 2 year old was very excited to go to the pool available which said it was open st 8 in the morning. However they then told us it wouldn’t open till noon when we had to check out. After voicing my concerns I was scoffed at and laughed st by the front desk. Refused any help or compensation. And they would not give me their names or the number of their boss. I am a reasonable man who understand things aren’t always open but I also believe that those promised those things should be compensated. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody ever. The staff is horrible.

Good support offered to our workshop. Helpful staff. Nice and adequate hotel. However, does not offer restaurant services.

Rooms are very good, but they don't have any restaurant. Food is a big challenge.

I spent several nights at this hotel and will not be returning mainly because of the hygiene. Cold shower, noisy and above all several times cockroaches in the room! Once it can happen but two weekends in a row it is no longer a coincidence ... I have done a lot of hotel in Tamatave but this one is definitely over for me. I advise against.
