Let me explain that by way of illustration. A Christian friend from England was to visit his doctor. To get right first, he got up very early and when he arrived, there were already many people before him; at the doctor's office, you never arrive first. And so he took his place on a chair, and every time the door of the consulting room opened, and it was said, "Next," the one who was closest to the door entered and all the others moved from a chair. They were queuing up.
