LAGUNA-BEACH

It's a nice property. But trash on the ground and beach. The hospitality leaves much to be desired. When we first arrived and checked in we were simply given a key and sent on our way. The AC doesnt work in our room. Next we went to get lunch and the food is really really bad. Frozen shrimp? Room temperature sogy pizza served to us. Then when we got into the pool there were 12 unaccompanied children going wild. Not the peace and relaxation we were seeking. Not to mention 10/13 drinks on the menu were unavailable and once we did order it took a full 15 minutes to be served. Once I finished mine I had to flag someone down to get another. Yeah for one night and a roof over your head sure it's fine. We would be spending alot more money here if the hospitality at least seemed like they wanted us here. Oh yeah... the trash can outside our room had a used sanitary pad in it, looks like the maids are just emptying the room trash into the outside trash cans. Really gross and not relaxing. Would not return here. No soap or shampoo in the room, upon asking they did offer me a full size bottle of shampoo they had at the desk, but asked it be returned promptly. Also a horrible dead animal smell permeated the entire property. Yea no thanks. We stayed at a place the night before that had no hot water and stains on the walls, but it was 10 dollar a night. For a "luxury resort" this place misses the mark ENTIRELY. I write this review from the pool area, drink forever empty.

Horrible personal!!! We were there for 7 night, they stole our money from our room and manager called us stupid when we were asking for police. I don't recommend this place!

Close to the beach, it's a good place for a short stay, if you want to visit the town for a weekend

Nice swimming pool with direct access to the beach. Good food at La taverne restaurant

Nice and quite place to spend your holidays. We had no opportunity to try their restaurant
