I used to frequent this Pharmacy until I noticed the worker charging me(a foreigner) far more for products than the Malagasy. The price for some meds were 11,000 AR and she charged me 30,000. I consider that robbery.

Not too many products on sale, I had asked for something very rare, it's good if it doesn't exist, but an energetic pick-me-up that should exist in all pharmacies and here it is, it doesn't. do not sell !!! Pity.
