Great place! They kind of save lemurs that were previously in captivity, but they also take some from nature... good for kids nonetheless!

Great experience, you can give food to the lamur's and they jump on you. Lot's of fun

Amazing to have lemurs climb all over you and get to see a multitude of different species that would be difficult to see on a trip shorter than 2 weeks. According to the people that run lemur island, all the lemurs are rescues and are unable to be released back into the wild. Honestly even if that wasn't true, the lemurs are living in the same environment they would in the wild and they eat the same diet except maybe more bananas than they would eat in the wild

It's a nice place to see tons of lemurs. They are very tame and soo fluffy ☺️. The guids did a good job and all the animal seem to live a good life.
