Sous le Soleil de Mada

A tiny remote lodge with welcoming hospitality and friendly eccentric staff. The beds are comfortable enough and appropriate bedding for cold winter nights. Generators power the lodges at the right times but take a battery pack for phones and cameras, a torch wouldn't go astray too. The food is tasty and almost too much to eat. I would recommend a visit.

Their website says they organize hiking trips. After a lot of back and forth and a lot of waiting they said they can't do it (and that's why they didn't reply). Seemed unprofessional. If you can't offer the service, say so. I'll try to some other company.

A soothing and authentic setting. A friendly welcome from Koto and the team, a good table and traditional bungalows but where there is even hot water. To recommend.

Really top. Just love to do nothing. Camp planted in the middle of rice fields. No TV no wifi. original. The welcome is just spontaneous and warm we kiss you
